I’m reading STORY:Substance, Structure, Style, and the Principles of Screenwriting by Robert McKee right now, and I have to say I’m enthralled. Sure, it’s focus is on Screenplay, but just about everything he says can apply to fiction writing. It’s all about story, hence the name.
